BRAVO-interview

They are the most well known teenagers in the world. Millions in cinemas follow the adventure from Daniel Radcliffe (16), Rupert Grint (17), and Emma Watson (15). But what do they do in their spare time? BRAVO met privately with them in London by the premiere of the Goblet of Fire in an interview;

BRAVO: Daniel, as Harry Potter you are in love for the first time. Are you also so shy when it comes to girls?

Daniel: You can't forget that Daniel is only 14 in the movies. I am 16. In his age, I didn't trust myself to approach a girl. But I think that every guy reacts that way. One just feels laughable.

BRAVO: But these times are over, or?

Daniel: Well, I am a little bit more relaxed. My inhibitions with talking to a girl have relaxed a little bit. I have already asked a couple of girls if they want to go out with me.

BRAVO: How is it with you, Rupert?

Rupert: Now, my driver's license is the most important for me. I love sitting in my Opel Corsa. Up until now, it’s been going pretty well. But a couple of times there were a couple of scary situations. I can’t wait until I can cruise around London with an American car. Then we can talk about girls again. Laughs.

BRAVO: What do you find attractive in a girl?

Rupert: I don't know. The typical thing: humor. She has to be funny and she has to have a big Laughs. I mean if she is well build then it cant hurt.

BRAVO: Emma you are the only girl in the Harry Potter trio. Do the boys behave themselves like earlier?

Emma: You mean other than the fact that Rupert looks at my chest? Laughs (Rupert blushes and looks embarrassed at the floor). Rupert, it was only a joke. We are since a couple of years like a family. We spend lots of time together and are like tight friends. Other than that, nothing has changed since the first movie. Except, maybe that we don't see each other like comrades but more like friendly colleagues.

BRAVO: Are you shy when it comes to guys?

Emma: In my age, the contact with boys is increasingly embarrassing. One is awkward and doesn't really know if one is acting properly with them. I think I was lucky because someone helped me with that.

BRAVO: Who was the lucky guy?

Emma: I don't know if he was so lucky. Laughs. It was our director Mike Newell. He brought all of the actors together and asked us to improvise love scenes. I was appalled. I was so humiliated, but then I saw that everyone else made a fool of themselves. Now I am not afraid to make a fool of myself.

BRAVO: Is it true, Daniel, that you play golf with Prince William?

Daniel: Trust me my life is normal. I read, learn, play guitar, and hang out with my family and friends. Besides playing with Rupert I don't play with anyone else, and I have never even met Prince William. Maybe you, Rupert?

Rupert: I will admit that I play golf but I have never met Prince William while playing.

BRAVO: Emma what do you do in your free time?

Emma: I love music in the moment most of all Destiny's Child. Besides that, I love to play Tennis. If my mother allows me to be in the kitchen, I sometimes cook Italian. And I love to read.

BRAVO: Daniel you are the most famous 16 year old in the world. Can you move freely on the streets?

Daniel: It's no problem I mean I don't wear the famous Harry Potter glasses. Besides, I cut my hair and truthfully, I regret it a bit because I constantly get cold ears.

BRAVO: Rupert, how has Harry Potter changed your life?

Rupert: I know what I want to do in life. When I was little I wanted to become the driver of an Ice Cream truck. Laughs. That's obviously changed.

BRAVO: You are at the age of 16 fully employed. Aren't you afraid to miss all the crazy teenagers?

Daniel: Do you mean that I want to get a piercing?! No! I think that fits more to the bikers with the beer bellies, but not with me. And a tattoo in the face I really don't need. I love music, but such heavy stuff such as Slipknot and Limp Bizkit isn't my thing. I also don't think that I am neglecting anything.

BRAVO: So you are happy with your life?

Daniel: Actually yeah. Just sometimes, I dream really heavy stuff: Sometimes that I die or that really bad things happen to me.But I told myself that such nightmares are a sign that in real life one is happy.
